What can you do to help?
These
are all questions we as citizens, leaders and residents
of the greater High Point community need to ask
ourselves. We all remember the stories our grandparents
told us, we all have studied the way it used to be. Now, we all need to do something about it preserving
those stories, and this is how. Join the Museum as a
member at any level and commit to preserving the
history and the future of greater High Point.
One of the best ways to
experience the Museum is by becoming a member. Members
at all levels receive invitations to exhibit previews, a
subscription to the
Timepiece
newsletter,
invitations and notices of special events and
activities, a discount in the
Museum Store (doesn't include Online store), plus benefits at more than 100 history
museums throughout the country through the
Time Travelers program.
Beginning at the 1859 Club level ($150), more benefits
are added to enhance the Museum experience such as a
special reception and a gift certificate to the Museum
Store.
Membership provides critical annual operating funds for
the Museum and helps the Museum provide free exhibits
and community programs such as hands-on activities
throughout the year.
