Standard Photocopy Fee

Rush Fee
A rush charge may be applied to any order requiring
copying and delivery in less than 20 working days.
Personal, Scholarly and Non-Profit Usage Fees
Usage Fees are charged in addition to the Reproduction
Fees listed above.
Personal Use Fees: There is no fee for images for
personal use in a private residence.
Scholarly & Non-Profit Use Fees: Usage fees may be
waived for images used in the following:
Student papers
Theses
Dissertations
Scholarly works addressed to limited audiences
Exhibit in public or private non-profit museums
Nonprofit organizations
Commercial Usage Fees
The following fees for commercial use are for one-time,
one-edition, North American rights only. Fees may be
reduced, depending on the nature of the request or scope
of the work at the President’s discretion.
Editorial Use: Inside books, magazines, printed
media, etc.
$50 - $75 per item depending on intended media.
Advertising Use: On book covers, posters,
postcards, in adds, etc.
$150 - $250 per item depending on intended media.
Television, film, video, CD-ROM
$100 - $150 per item depending on intended media.
Public Display
In restaurants, offices, commercial exhibits, etc.
$75 per item
Web site Use
$75 per item for black and white.
$100 per item for color.
